Izzy Lewis, BSW, RSW

Izzy is a registered social worker who specializes in depression, anxiety, and postpartum mental health. She focuses on strengths and on building a strong relationship with her clients.

In her free time, Izzy likes to read fiction, powerlift, sing (if she wasn't a social worker, her dream job is to be a Broadway singer!) and play with Lego. She loves spending time with her husband and 3 sons.

Izzy's past roles have included supporting women leaving abusive situations, facilitating therapy groups, and raising awareness about the stigma surrounding postpartum depression and anxiety. She has lived experience with mental health and attending therapy, and from her own personal experience, she understands how vulnerable it can be to go to therapy and how important it is to have a strong, trusting relationship with your therapist.
