Sessions
This group will be running for 8 sessions.
Each week will have a different theme - some topics may include: making friends after high school, what is mindfulness and how can it actually help, how to talk about sex, coping with stress, and much more!
Type of Group
A Psychosocial Educational aimed at youth (17-25) with mental health issues or trauma and/or the neuroqueer population, who are aiming to update life skills and social skills.
(Please note that if you are outside of the recommended age range please contact us as we do make exceptions!
TIERED PRICING
When paying, you will select the tier that is most feasible for you. We will not ask you to provide any proof of income or financial situations. All we ask is that you select the tier that you are comfortably able to afford!
Please note, you will NOT be required to pay up front. (Paying after each session is the default, other payment plans can be offered upon request)

How to Sign up!
We ask for you sign up for all 8 sessions, however you will not be required to pay for the session until after they have occurred. (And of course, we understand when extenuating circumstances happen) Please fill out the interest form HERE, and we will contact you when the next session is occurring
