I describe myself an integrated therapist, pulling from a few different modalities that
are grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice. With therapy being a deeply vulnerable experience, my commitment to our time together is to prioritize curiosity, safety, and trust. I strongly believe that no one ever requires “fixing”.
